Custom Pegboard Feature Wall for Nice Time Pilates

The Challenge: A Brand That Feels Like a "Nice Time"
Nice Time Pilates isn't your average studio. Based in Edmonton, their mission is centred on radical inclusivity and warmth. They wanted a space that felt approachable and friendly, which is a far cry from the clinical, cold atmosphere of many traditional fitness boutiques.
They had a clear concept: Warm wood, modular flexibility, and a touch of disco-inspired fun. Even though we are based in Vancouver, BC, distance was never a barrier. We specialize in taking digital concepts and turning them into physical assets that can be flat-packed and shipped anywhere within North America.
For Nice Time, we didn't just "cut wood." We engineered a cohesive system:
The Pegboard Feature Wall: We took their need for retail and equipment storage and designed a custom pegboard wall system. Using Birch plywood, we created a modular wall that allows them to swap out shelves for beanies, hooks for tote bags, and custom holders for their Pilates rings and balls.
Custom Yoga Mat Holder: Yoga mats and blocks are often an afterthought. We designed custom-contoured brackets that cradle the mats, turning storage into a design feature.
The Glowing Brand Moment: We took their script logo and fabricated a layered plywood sign. By integrating LED backlighting into an engraved channel, we gave them a "hero" wall that has become a staple in their clients' social media posts.
