01 · PEGBOARDS + READY-MADE PRODUCTS

  • Everything you need to mount it is included such as screws and drywall anchors. Depending on the size of your wall-mounted pegboard, we include a certain number of shelves, dowels. You can also purchase other accessories separately to build a setup that works for your space.

  • Absolutely. Use our Custom Pegboard Builder to create a made-to-measure panel for your space. For larger or custom-size panels, we’ll provide a separate shipping quote.

  • Our standard pegboards are made from 5/8" birch plywood, with natural plywood, white melamine, and a black Hexa Ply options available. Looking for something more specific? We can also explore specialty materials for custom projects.

  • Yes! They are designed to pack down for transport, storage and repeat use, making them a great fit for retail spaces, markets and events. They require no tools and take less than 2 minutes to assemble.

02 · CUSTOM PROJECTS

  • We make custom retail fixtures, pegboard systems, flat-pack furniture, displays, acrylic pieces and CNC-cut components. If you have something a little unusual in mind, send it over. We love a good challenge.

  • Send us whatever you have: dimensions, drawings, inspiration images, quantities, timing and delivery location. A rough idea is completely fine. We can help you work out the details from there.

  • We start by reviewing your brief and recommending the best fabrication approach. Once the quote is approved, we create a design proof for you to review before anything goes into production.

  • A 50% deposit gets your custom project underway. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery or shipping.

  • Every project is a little different. Once we know the scope, materials and approval timeline, we’ll confirm a realistic production schedule with you.

03 · PLEXIGUARDS

  • A custom AC panel is a clear acrylic panel made to vent a portable air conditioner’s exhaust hose through a window or sliding door.

    Unlike the flimsy, one-size-fits-all plastic kits that come with many portable AC units, each panel is cut to fit your specific opening and sit neatly on the frame. We also create a custom opening for your exhaust adapter, giving you a cleaner-looking and more secure seal.

  • Our standard Plexiguards are made from clear 3/16" (4.5 mm) cast acrylic. It is sturdy, clean-looking and lets plenty of light through.

  • Most custom AC panels take about 7 to 9 business days from design-proof approval, plus shipping time if needed. If you are working toward a specific date, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

04 · ORDERS + SHIPPING

  • We ship ready-made products across Canada. For larger, custom or out-of-country orders, please send us your delivery address and we’ll let you know the best shipping option.

  • Absolutely. Pickup is available from our Vancouver studio once your order is complete and ready to go.

  • Because custom orders are made specifically for you, we offer store credit rather than refunds. If anything arrives incorrect or damaged, get in touch and we’ll work with you to make it right.
