What type of projects can you complete?

With our industrial-sized CNC machine, laser engraver, and UV Printer, we can complete small or large projects in signage, custom art fabrication, custom furniture, restaurant and bar fixtures, and construction projects to name a few.

How much will my project cost?

This will depend on the complexity of your project, quantities, materials needed, and your timeline.  Shoot us an email with details of your project and we'd be happy to provide you with an accurate quote.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on the type of project you have.  A smaller job will take 2-4 days and more complex CNC fabrication project can take up to 2-3 weeks.  Once we know the scope of your project, we can let you know how long it will take. 

Can I stop by your fabrication shop?

Only if you bring treats! Want to stop in and talk about your project? Give us a ring and schedule a time to drop by. 

Can I use your shop to book machinery and fabricate my own project?

We're a full service fabrication and design studio with a knowledgeable staff that can provide everything you need.  We don't rent out our shop at the moment. 

What payment terms does the Klo Lab offer?

We request full payment for custom projects under $2000. For projects over $2000, we require a 50% deposit to get started on your custom job with the balance due upon completion, and before shipping/delivery.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and debit. 

Can you help me with the design of my project?

Of course!  Our design team can assist you with creating your masterpiece or putting the final touches together.  A graphic design fee may apply depending on the time it takes to put your artwork together for final fabrication. 

What materials do you work with?

We work with a variety of materials to fabricate your custom project or signage including, plexiglass, brass, aluminum, copper, plywood and hardwoods, Sintra, foam, acrylic, Corian, corrugated plastic, paper, vinyl, and glass.  The sky is the limit!

What file types do you work with?

Whether it's a custom CNC fabrication, laser engraving, or UV printing project, we require .ai or .eps vector files. 

Will you provide a proof before starting my project?

We have a rigorous proofing process in place to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.  You can request up to 2 revisions once your proof has been sent. 

We can only get started on your project once your proof is approved via email so we recommend approving it or making final changes in a timely manner so we can stay on track with your timeline. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your order when you receive it and we’ll do everything we can to ensure this happens.

Sometimes mistakes happen and if you receive an incorrect or defective order, we’ll work quickly to get a replacement.

Because every single order is custom-made, we begin prepping the materials and production times for your order right away. If you don’t want to proceed with your paid order, we offer store credit which never expires and we can get started when you’re ready to go.
